# About "Advance Search"

We are using Sonatype Repository Nexus 3.74.01,when I tried to use “Advanced search…”, it shows me “Search feature is not available as you do not have the required permissionsSorry you are not permitted to use the feature you selected. Please select another feature.”

So my question is what permission should I request from Administrator?

Updated the role by adding “nx-search-read” will help.
