# APT Proxy without authentication

Hello!  
Is it possible to create APT mirror without authentication just like docker one?  
I did so far:

- created apt-proxy
- name: apt-proxy
- distro:buster
- remote url: http\_archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/

on VM:  
echo “deb https\_192.168.10.132:8443/repository/apt-proxy/ buster main” \>\> /etc/apt/sources.list  
apt update

output

> Err:1 https\_192.168.10.132:8443/repository/apt-proxy buster InRelease  
> 401 Unauthorized [IP: 192.168.10.132 8443]
