# Can I Develop an Open Source Version of Nexus Enterprise?

There are several basic features not supported by the open source version of Nexus, such as S3 storage. I am considering developing advanced features based on the open-source version of Nexus (under the Eclipse Public License, EPL) that could potentially compete with its enterprise version. I am wondering if this would violate any terms. Additionally, can I use a project name that contains ‘Nexus,’ such as ‘Free-Nexus’?
