Cannot put key value entry in index DB name="config"

Hi All,

I am getting this error while creating a new task in NX3 :: Cannot put key value entry in index DB name=“config”

Checked already about the issue on multiple forums:: Mostly the answer is to login to Orient DB and fix and repair the indexes. I have NX of 2.5 TB, Just wanted to be sure if I can make changes in DB or is there any other way.

What are the exact steps that I need to follow to fix this issue. Help is much appreciated.

This issue is fixed by running the repairing the indexes. Happy to help if anyone has any questions.
