# Error login and install from npm repository

Hello! I created the npm repository and i have problem when i login to npm repository if latest symbol a slash.

However, if i login to npm repository without latest a slash, then login success

But i can’t install package npm

I guess to started after upgrade Nexus to new version 3.30.0-01. Because i created npm repository before upgrade and i successfully logged into the npm repository and installed npm package form local repository

I also make sure you have _npm Bearer Token Realm_ active

In your install you used a trailing slash, probably the npm client doesn’t consider the URLs to be same and isn’t using the login.

i did install through setting .npmrc

I don’t believe this is Nexus, again I believe this is NPM not considering the two registries to be the same because the URLs are not identical.
