# How do I configure Nexus to keep the latest images permanently?

I want to keep last images permanently. How can I do this?

By default, Nexus Repository doesn’t delete any components. If you’re using a cleanup policy, then Nexus Repository Pro has the option of letting you keep the most recently published _n_ instances.

Is it possible to do this in the regular version of Nexus Repository, not Pro?
