# How to change database for sonatype nexus service?

I want to change my sonatype nexus database,and I use nexus 3.76 version. I have tried to modify field ‘nexus.datastore.nexus.jdbcUrl’ in etc/fabric/nexus-store.properties file, I also tried to set system property ‘nexus.datastore.nexus.jdbcUrl’, but it does’t validate . What can I do?

Hi, in versions prior to 3.77 you must have a Nexus Pro license in order to change the database.
