I’m trying to deny several IPs from downloading from my repo, but using the information from [this article](https://support.sonatype.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014161874-How-to-Restrict-Access-to-Nexus-Repository-3-by-IP-Address) doesn’t seem to work. I still see the IPs trying to download from the repo. Has the way filtering should be done changed (again)?

You can not prevent users trying to download stuff, but the question is how Nexus handles (and logs) their responses. We use proxy to kill unwanted traffic before reaching Nexus.

Ah, thanks for the info. Guess I’ll have to talk to the network-team then.
