# Is Nexus supports NetApp S3

Hello,

Is Nexus Repository support NetApp S3 as a blob store. If yes, could you please point me to some documentation.

We have deployed Nexus on Openshift cluster which is running on Vsphere.

We don’t directly support NetApp S3. Nexus Repository’s S3 capabilities require a [fully S3-compatible implementation](https://help.sonatype.com/en/sonatype-nexus-repository-system-requirements.html#:~:text=Any%20fully%20compatible%20S3%20implementation%20that%20supports%20the%20AWS%20SDK%20version%201.12.299%20can%20be%20used%20as%20a%20blob%20store.).

We have found that some S3-compatible devices aren’t fully compatible, so we recommend that you use non-AWS S3 implementations with caution.
