# Manifest unknown, Can't able to pull docker images from docker hub

If you’re using Sonatype Nexus Repository OSS, what you might do is provide much more information about your configuration and how to reproduce the problem, and what steps you’ve already taken to debug the issue. That could make it easier for another member of the community who had the same issue to provide assistance.
