I am now installed the Nexus Repository Manager on my Windows host. Now, I want to run the NXRM on CentOS host. It will be great for me if there is a solution to migrate all the repositories and configurations from the current Windows host to CentOS host.

The work directory (e.g. sonatype-work/nexus3) is portable, you can move it from Windows to Linux. See the article below for specifics. Once it is moved, install the nexus repo windows binary, and configure it to use the moved work directory by setting the “karaf.data” property in $installdir/bin/nexus.vmoptions.
