Nexus - 3.33.1 , Intermittent problems when publishing artifacts. Thought artifact is found to be published when check through dashboard. Error on client side is nexus.domain:443 failed to respond. This is with nexus running in k8s with nginx ingress controller. Any idea how to approach this problem?
