# Problem with OrientDB on Sonatype Nexus Repository OSS 3.70.1-02

An error suddenly occurred:  
2025-09-24 21:38:33,158+0300 ERROR [qtp823698766-154607] \*UNKNOWN com.orientechnologies.orient.core.storage.impl.local.paginated.OLocalPaginatedStorage  
ge - Exception `09FA9940` in storage `local:/opt/nexus/sonatype-work/nexus3/db/component`: 2.2.37 (build a7541e7ceeabf592dd9a7b2928b6c023cbc73193, branch 2.2.x)  
After which Nexus crashed.  
The problem was resolved in a rather peculiar way. I stopped Nexus, started it, and got a different error:  
2025-09-25 08:58:30,695+0300 ERROR [FelixStartLevel] \*SYSTEM org.sonatype.nexus.extender.NexusContextListener - Failed to start nexus  
com.orientechnologies.orient.core.exception.OStorageException: Cannot open local storage ‘/opt/nexus/sonatype-work/nexus3/db/component’ with mode=rw  
DB name=“component”  
This error was already resolved in the following way:  
I deleted the frozen.marker file from the nexus/sonatype-work/nexus3/db folder. After that, Nexus started successfully.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
