# Sonatype Nexus Repository 3.97.2 Released

Sonatype Nexus Repository 3.97.2 is now available.

This release updates the Nexus Repository UI and backend container images to remove trust in root certificates affected by the eMudhra compromise, helping block connections that rely on compromised certificate chains.

Release 3.97.0 also introduces Sonatype Nexus Repository Pro+, a new edition that combines enterprise repository management with malware protection and policy controls to help organizations block risky open-source components before they enter development environments.

It also expands service account token support across all repository formats and enhances the Nexus One UI with improved search and component details.
