# Timeout when fetching assets

Action:  
Sign in and then navigate to:  
[https://nexus3.magnolia-cms.com/service/rest/v1/assets?repository=maven-releases](https://nexus3.magnolia-cms.com/service/rest/v1/assets?repository=maven-releases)

Expected Results: Page returned with assets in that repo  
Actual Results: `ERROR: (ID b9cda9cc-40f3-4899-b9f6-8814a7aec20c) java.lang.IllegalStateException: Timed out reading query result from queue 417ff699 after 60 seconds` and all CPUs sit on 100% even after the timeout is returned in the browser.

Our production nexus is still Nexus 2 and we are hoping to migrate to this Nexus 3 instance in the near future. There is some data there from a sync job we did some time ago.
