Unknown server error if Ad Blocker blocks api.github.com

(Not a bug, just sharing for posterity.)

Issue Description

When loading the Lift console, I encountered an “Unknown server error”:

Solution

Ensure that connections to github.com / api.github.com aren’t being blocked by an ad blocker.
