# Upgrade from 3.80 to 3.89 failed

This isn’t something we’ve seen internally. As a first step I’d suggest disabling browser extensions, and potentially look at software that might interfere with requests (e.g. anti-virus).

You can also try adding a `?debug` query parameter (e.g. `http://nexus/?debug`) which might provide a non-minimized stacktrace.
