402 Payment Required for publishing project, that worked few weeks ago. No response from support

I am attempting to deploy hr.hrg:maven-get-deps-maven-plugin:1.0.4 to OSSRH, but the upload is rejected with 402 Payment Required.

Details:

Namespace is registered under hr.hrg in Sonatype Central publishing namespaces.

Version 1.0.3 has deployed successfully.

Current failure is:

Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-deploy-plugin:3.0.0:deploy …

Could not transfer artifact hr.hrg:maven-get-deps-maven-plugin:jar:1.0.4 from/to ossrh (…) status code: 402, reason phrase: Payment Required

Notes
few years back I gave up on hosting on sonatype and maven central due to poor support and complicated system. Then I saw new things are happening and was hopeful, and it actually workd for a while.

Now Again it is not working. Error is useless, and support is non responsive.

I am giving it a try here, but in few weeks I will just move to deploying to github pages and use custom repository.

Davor, it seems like the support team you reached previously was for our product side – for Lifecycle, Firewall, SBOM Manager customers. That’s why they weren’t able to help you.
