Chronic AD account lockout from Sonatype Nexus Repository Pro

Hi, we’re facing a chronic AD account lockout on Sonatype Nexus Repository Pro, end user claims they did some deployments maybe a year ago with their credentials that have since been deleted (deployments removed ) but I don’t know if they have been removed from the repository.

What’s the best way to track down where his creds are being used in the nexus repository?
