Creating a Nexus 3 repository CLI

Hi All,

One year back I started working on a nexus2-repository-cli to automate all the processes around nexus is that we can have a fully automated on boarding in our CICD environment for teams.

We are finally thinking of making a switch to nexus 3 and hence I have started working on the same Idea but now for nexus 3.

Great stuff Allan! I think this would be an awesome addition to the Sonatype Exchange if you are interested.
