FindPackagesByID() fails for public nuget repos

Hi all,

We just recently migrated our Nexus oss from Orient to H2. Also, we did the upgrade to 3.75.1-01.
Everything went OK.
However, we gor some reports from the users that they cannot restore some of the packages that are hosted on public nuget server and proxied through our Nexus. They are failing with error 500. See the pic.

Any thought on what is the cause?

If you take a look at the nexus.log on the server you should see exceptions in the log which may indicate the cause.
