Free for open source repositories

Hi Sonatype,
I’m trying to set up Lift on our open-source repos at Inria · GitHub.
However, even if I select the “Free” plan for OSS, there is an invoice of 116$.
How to fix that?
Thanks!

Hi Martin!
Not sure what is going on with the marketplace but we’re looking into it. In the meantime, you can head over to GitHub Apps - sonatype-lift · GitHub and should be able to install the app directly. Thanks for trying out Lift!

Hi Martin,

We have raised a ticket with Github on this anomaly. Please do let us know if you encounter problems in installing Lift via the link Matt pointed out above.

Martin,
If you’re looking to use Lift to run your own analysis tools or otherwise speed up your research then we do have some documentation. For example, if you’re looking for a GitHub integration but have all the repository interactions internal to your tool then there are simple APIs available (Extending Lift). Another API is all about how to use lift to spoon feed compilation steps to your analysis tool - Extending Lift V3 - that one might evolve a little but only in parameter order so any fixes on your end should be simple.

It’s good to see you here. Reach out any time here or we could invite you to our public slack instance.

Cheers,
Thomas
