Help to change default MIME type in Nexus 3.13

I recently upgraded Nexus from 2.x to 3.x. In Nexus 2, the default content type for .hex files is application/octet-stream. But for Nexus 3, it is text/plain and I’m having trouble figuring out a way to override the default MiME type for a file type. I have seen some doucmentation for this in Nexus V2, but not in Nexus V3. Can you help to find a way to write override setting.

This isn’t possible in Nexus Repo 3 yet:

The workaround for now is to disable strict content type validation on the repository.
