How to setup SAML with Okta?

Hello all, I’m trying to set up SAML/SSO Authentication with Okta. However, I cannot find a way to set the okta app.

I just found the link below, but I don’t know how to set okta.

Can someone please let me know what can I do to resolve this issue?

I set up the okta app like below, but it doesn’t work.
