The documentation is maintained in Confluence these days at https://help.sonatype.com, so there isn’t any way to submit a PR. But please file an issue at https://issues.sonatype.org in the “dev - nexus” project so we can incorporate your suggestions.
You can submit an issue through our JIRA instance at https://issues.sonatype.org/projects/NEXUS/. If you want to submit a PR you can submit one against the sonatype/nexus-public repository on github. There is an agreement that you must sign before we can pull in any changes. Here is an example of a PR that we recently merged into our codebase.
