I am having an Issue to connect MS SQL to the nexus Repository OSS 3.38.1 OSS?
Will there be a choice to connect it?

No, you cannot use MS SQL with Nexus Repository OSS. However, if you had Nexus Repository Pro you could connect it to PostgreSQL: Database Options
