Is it possible to disable ANONYMOUS access on docker deployment stage?

I would like to know if it is possible to disable ANONYMOUS access without going through the onboarding panel. (Docker Compose file)

I believe there should be a REST API for it, and there is an Anonymous Configuration in the admin sectino of the user interface.
