The saying goes that:
“There are only two hard things in Computer Science: cache invalidation and naming things.”
But personally, I’d argue that there’s a third: onboarding.
New tools and new workflows are tough. Even if you’re completely and 100% receptive to the business need (and let’s be honest: we’re not always), getting started with something new can be confusing and intimidating. So much so that, sometimes, we simply don’t get started at all, even when we know we should.
That’s what our new course, Welcome to Sonatype, is meant to address. This course is designed quickly orient anyone new to the Sonatype ecosystem, regardless of their role or job title, the solutions they’ve purchased, or their eventual goals.
