Nexus 3 OSS - I can’t see settings on the dashboard nexus-3.38.0-01

I am signed into the nexus dashboard as admin however, I am unable to see the settings tab. I have used other browsers safari, firefox & chrome alongside their private browsers to no avail. I have also tried it on two different VMS same issue. Also cleared my browser cache and uninstalled chrome yet the same problem. does anyone have a clue as to what the problem might be? I have installed Nexus on AWS previously and never experienced this issue.

When did this start? Were there any environmental or configuration changes recently? What version are you using? Could it be a permissions issue? Is your Nexus pulling in roles from somewhere outside, like an LDAP or SAML server?
