Over the last couple of weeks we’ve noticed an increase in 5xx errors in OSS Index web and API requests. We apologize for the inconvenience it has cause to all those who are reliant on the service. The team is currently looking into the issue with the goal of fixing the immediate problem and ensuring the service is scalable and robust enough to prevent problems in the future. Expect full resolution in the coming week or two, with the 5xx being fixed in the near term.
