Problems with pypi repos after updating from 3.46 to 3.47

Hello today I updated my NEXUS OSS repo manager from 3.46 to 3.47.
I am seeing ‘55 transactions with excessive retries in last hour’ errors and mounting.
Users are unable to download pip packages from the repository
A typical error:

WARNING: Retrying (Retry(total=0, connect=None, read=None, redirect=None, status=None)) after connection broken by 'ReadTimeoutError("HTTPSConnectionPool(host='nexus.mercator-ocean.fr', port=443): Read timed out. (read timeout=15)")': /repository/pypi-all/simple/zarr/

If it works, it works once and then the retry error happens
Any ideas ?
OS is Debian 5.10.162-1 (2023-01-21) x86_64 GNU/Linux. Server is sitting behind reverse proxy.

Sonatype is aware of multiple reports of issues when upgrading to Nexus Repo 3.47.0. We are discouraging use of 3.47.0 until these issues are investigated and resolved.
https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/NEXUS-37325

Unfortunately there is no way to backtrack. Tried to recover workspace from backup and move to previous version, but the DB seems to be too sensitive to movement. Is there any doco on recovering the DB after reinstalling workspace from backup.
Thanx

Hi Gabriella,
We managed to release 3.47.1 with a fix for the issue linked by Peter.
