Recommended upgrade path from Nexus Repository Manger 3.24.0-02 to 3.47.1

We are currently running Nexus Repository Manager OSS 3.24.0-02.
What is the recommended upgrade path to the most recent version 3.47.1?
Going straight from 3.24.0 to 3.47.1?
Or are there intermediate steps necessary?

Sonatype recommends always upgrading straight to the latest version in the same product line. In case of any doubts, please refer to the documentation: Installation and Upgrades

Thank you!
I missed that document.

(I was asking because I once ran into a problem when updating Nexus - it was the bug Loading... which prevented a direct upgrade from (in my case) 3.16.2 to 3.20.0.)

Just as a heads up, it may be wise to review these two landing pages to see some of the major changes between versions to evaluate upgrade impacts:

https://help.sonatype.com/repomanager3/product-information/release-notes/2021-release-notes

https://help.sonatype.com/repomanager3/product-information/release-notes/2022-release-notes

For example as of 3.41:
" * As recommended in PEP 503, hosted PyPI repositories now provide SHA256 hashes instead of MD5 in the /simple web interface’s href attributes that link to package files being served

  • Note that this behavior cannot be reverted once you upgrade to 3.41.0"

And in 3.45:
" * Due to multiple known issues that can lead to data loss, we have disabled the Admin - Change repository blob store task for your protection. All pre-existing tasks of this type will no longer run, and you will not be able to create new ones through either the user interface or API. We highly discourage you from using this task in earlier Nexus Repository releases where it is not disabled."
