Violations details

please i would like to get reports in excel format that should include all these information.

1 all organizations and apps
2 all violations with their status(open status when first time was open and for fixed the date of fixed date)
Note:
by using portal(UI) i could get them but without violations with fixed status, but i could not get any way to solve it even using Rest API
