Can Sonatype will support customers on upgrading from single to HA cluster?

Hello Team,

We have single node nexus running in production and now we would like to go for HA cluster.
We have already procured the licenses but wanted to check during this migration do we have support from sonatype? And if yes, what kind of support customer can request?
