Configure Apache Load Balancer for NXRM 3 High Availability Cluster

Hi,
I’m setting up NXRM-3 HA-C, and noticed the Sonatype docs don’t provide any configuration examples for Apache HTTPD load balancer. Does anyone have a recommended recipe they could offer?
