Hosting VSCode, Eclipse or Jenkins plugins on Nexus 3

Hi,

Is there any way to host VSCode, Eclipse, or Jenkins plugins on Nexus 3? Such that on the IDE of (VSCode, Eclipse), Jenkins, is able to point to Nexus 3 repository to download the plugins.

I understand that most of the files can be hosted on the raw repository, but there isn’t a way to pick and choose the plugins to install? Example in VSCode, can browse the Nexus 3 repository that host VSCode plugin.
