This sounds like a bug to me. Are you on the latest NXRM3?

There were some fixes to LDAP in 3.15(.1) however nothing I think that’d describe what you’ve said here. Recommend filing a bug in https://issues.sonatype.org/projects/NEXUS/issues . Especially interested in more details of any errors you are seeing (screens and/or text depending on what they are). …

Thanks, Joe. I submitted a bug report. There are no screenshots, etc. that would help; there would just be a list of groups that have some missing groups. No errors; it returns some groups so the app thinks it’s doing the right stuff.

That’s my mistake. There was no error message; the error was simply the missing data. Sorry for the confusion.
