Nexus failing after upgrade from nexus-3.73.0-12-win64 -->nexus-3.80.0-06-win-x86_64

Hello
I have upgraded from nexus-3.73.0-12-win64 to nexus-3.80.0-06-win-x86_64, and the server can no longer start. The service returns the following message:

Nothing is written to the log file, as the server does not get that far.
nexus.vmoptions is updated and contains following values:

I have tried upgrading multiple times before without any issues.
What should I look for this time? Do you have any hints or suggestions?

The issue is solved.
Un-installing existing nexus service and installing the new following the Guidelines in the Readme was the solution.
