403 error upon maven deploy

Hi,

I am part of the MOSIP team (Modular Open Source Identity Platform · GitHub) I have a failure with my build scripts for this week with 403 error when i try to deploy a maven build.

I double checked my passwords and seems to be working fine. I am trying to push a snapshot to https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/snapshots

Can you please help
