Hi Kevin,
As its been discussed many times in past not sure if any feature request already exists for it but we will need feature for users to enable more stringent policy at application level compared to what global policy action setting we have done.
This will help us to avoid setting tight policy action at global level but at same time provide user with feature to override same at application level and making best use of tool. Over-riding via API will be must too.
Do let me know current priority of this feature in your pipeline.
