Nexus IQ Report page improvements

The main Nexus IQ Reports page would benefit from a number of improvements:

  • Remember previous selected ordering and/or filter
  • Allow column widths to be resizable
  • Allow additional columns to be optionally displayed: eg Last scan date/time, last scan user/process
