Nexus PRO 2.14.11 is not starting at all in the port defined

we are seeing below error in the wrapper.log & unable to start the Nexus in port defined …

cure.nexus.plugin.internal.AuthtokenFetcherImpl - Failed to fetch authtoken: org.apache.http.conn.ConnectTimeoutException: Connect to secure.central.sonatype.com:443 [secure.central.sonatype.com/207.223.241.90] failed: connect timed out

Please assist us immediately …Its emergency …

For the benefit of anyone watching this, that error doesn’t have anything to do with the startup problem, it is simply the problem in the article below. We are handling this in support.
