This is an old thread, but I am having the exact same issue with Nexus 3.62.0-01 running as a Docker container ( I have another instance which runs on a non managed server and It works fine).
I tried to set the “Authenticated user status interval” to 500 but that does not fix the issue.
I cannot find any hint about what is going one, any help would be appreciated!
